Investment in the Soul

Spiritual direction is an intentional space for accompaniment on the spiritual journey. It is a space where two people come together to bear witness to the presence and movement of the Divine in one’s life. It is a space to quiet the noise and listen deeply for the truth that leads to wholeness.

In this space, you will bring your lived experience, and we’ll explore it together, looking for glimmers of grace. I will do my best to follow your flow, offer what I am noticing along the way, and invite you to go deeper into your own story with the hope of discovering your truest identity and cultivating greater intimacy with the Divine. My role as spiritual director is not to lead you in the way you should go but to direct your attention toward the Divine’s movement in your unique journey. As the directee, you always maintain the right to ask for what you need or decline any invitation.

Generally, we'll plan to meet once a month for approximately one hour per session. We can continue meeting on a regular basis as long as we both discern that our sessions are in service to you.

Anything you share in this space will be held in confidence. The only exception to confidentiality is situations that call for mandated reporting, including harm to yourself or others.

My standard rate is $80 per session. I also offer a sliding scale in order to promote accessibility. You can find my sliding scale pricing here.

I completed my training at San Francisco Theological Seminary where I received a Certificate in the Art of Spiritual Direction.

Part of my covenant with you is my own self-care and accountability. While offering spiritual direction, I too will be receiving spiritual direction and will also be participating in peer supervision as a part of my own spiritual and professional growth. Furthermore, I pledge to adhere to the Guidelines for Ethical Conduct as outlined by Spiritual Directors International.

I offer a free introductory session so that we can get to know one another and explore if spiritual direction is a good fit for you.
